We are dedicated to supporting your business with a streamlined exchange process for any shipping discrepancies or damaged items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your wholesale account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and submit a formal request.

• 2.
  Await Authorization

  Our quality control team will review your request within 48 business hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Secure Packaging

  Carefully pack the unopened products in their original manufacturer packaging to prevent damage during transit and clearly mark the RMA number on the exterior of the box.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the returned goods, we will issue a credit to your original payment method or apply a balance to your wholesale account within 5-7 business days.
